WHAT IS PHMC UNIVERSITY? PHMC University serves as the one-stop-shop for all online training at PHMC. This training includes both compliance and talent development courses available to all PHMC staff. Based on specific PHMC program needs, PHMC University works with individual programs to identify program specific needs so that PHMC University staff can best meet the needs of each program. This individual program approach gives opportunity for program specific learning plans and program portals.
